1. Scope of Services

No1 People provides website design, digital development, and hosting deployment services under the selected plan tier (Starter, Growth, or Bespoke Professional).

2. Turnaround Times & Delivery

Delivery timelines (24 hours for Starter packages, 48 hours for Growth packages) commence once full order details and payment confirmation have been received. Sites are deployed to a designated staging subdomain and communicated via email.

3. Revision Policy

- Starter packages include one (1) round of design and content revisions within 14 days of initial delivery.
- Growth packages include two (2) rounds of revisions within 14 days of initial delivery.
Revisions include text changes, color tweaks, image replacements, and minor section adjustments. Structural scope expansion beyond the initial plan tier will require a quoted upgrade.

4. Subdomain & Domain Ownership

All websites include free hosting on an assigned agency subdomain. Clients retain 100% intellectual property ownership of their supplied logos, business copy, and trade assets. Custom domain registrations purchased by the client remain the sole property of the client.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
